The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when registering for any Forward by Anakle face-to-face or e-learning training. Forward by Anakle reserves the right to review and update periodically.

The programme is 100% free. All services provided by Forward by Anakle are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to be a part of the Forward by Anakle trainings for SMEs we shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions.
Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, and legal and regulatory requirements. By continuing to use this site you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
All training materials, whether on the website or at the training centre, are owned by Forward by Anakle. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from the programme, including the design, graphics and text of all materials are owned by Forward by Anakle. No training content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Forward by Anakle's prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Forward by Anakle's intellectual property rights.
For participants who will be selected for the face-to-face training, you must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training is provided.
Forward by Anakle reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Forward by Anakle or its trainers.
Forward by Anakle shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and Forward by Anakle shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in the Forward by Anakle sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
Forward by Anakle does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Forward by Anakle. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
Forward by Anakle does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.
You can notify Forward by Anakle in writing (by email) that you wish to cancel a face-to-face training if you have a good reason to. But note that all benefits of the training will be not be available for those who do not complete the 5-weeks training.
The Bonus Conditions form part of the General Terms and Conditions. We may offer participants monetary bonuses to advertise their businesses online. Bonuses may only be used in relation to such services as may be specified when the bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus results is implicit acceptance of additional terms and conditions we may make available. Forward by Anakle reserves the right to withdraw in any moment any bonus when an infringement of the Terms of Use has been ascertained.
Forward by Anakle reserves the right to deny or terminate any of the bonuses, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue their validity at its sole discretion and without informing the participant.
